We have 5 day return policy. We will gladly accept within 5 days of purchase for a replacement if item is received damaged, broken or not as described.

Change of mind for the ordered product is not applicable; hence in that case customers will not be entertained.

The day of warranty starts from the day you receive the product. It means that if you receive the product on Monday, you are eligible to return till Saturday.

If these 5 days passed after receiving your ordered product, then we can’t offer any exchange.

Return will only be accepted if the product is unused and returned in its original packing. 

Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items over the invoice.

Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier on his own expense to our address.

All items sent for return first go through QC to ensure they are returned in the original condition. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate or tempered condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

The claim will only be considered in case the product is –

• Non functional 

• Delivered in damage condition

• The product is different from what was displayed on the website or not as described.

• The product is incomplete

To be Eligible for a Claim -

• It is essential that our product is in the same condition as you received. It must be in resale-able condition.

• Unboxing evidence video will be requiring for our reference. 

• To complete your return, we will require the invoice of the ordered product.

Warranty Policy

• AJMartpk reserves the right to disapprove any warranty claims where the product has been damaged, altered or modified as a result of misuse, abuse, or attempted repair or customer re-work. If the product is unable to be repaired under our service team then no replacement unit would be issued.

• Your item is not covered under any of our warranty policies if there is any backfire or any issue from your power supply.

• As there is no refund policy of any product, so in this case AJMartpk is liable for exchange of that product if that product is in our stock. And if the same product is out of stock then AJMartpk will offer you to purchase any other product of that same amount. 

Buying a product with "No Warranty"

• If you are buying a product on AJMartpk without any warranty we would like to take this opportunity to assure you that the same level of quality goes into checking these products as it does for all of our product range which comes with 5 days warranty.

• Under “No Warranty”, AJMartpk will not offer any exchange or replacement of the product.

What will happen if my Return Request is not Approved?

If your return request is not approved we will inform about the reason. Your product will be sent back to you without any shipping charges.
