• All orders will be dispatched through leading courier services.

• Customer will receive an email once their order is processed.

• The shipment is received within 3-6 working days of placing the order.

• The package will only be handed over to the customer once full payment is made to our courier partner representative.

• All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when dispatched from our Order Processing Center.

• If our courier is unable to reach the customer on the first delivery attempt, they may call the customer. We appreciate your cooperation in facilitating the delivery.

• A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold the parcel for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning the parcel to us. Once the courier ships the parcel back to us, we will automatically cancel that order.

• All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

• We do not provide any warranty for any product, service, information, or other material you purchase or obtain regarding whether it will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. This is because all our products are imported.
